What a wonderful turn out we had this morning to barrow and lay the concrete from the lorry. We had emptied the lorry with at least 12 wheelbarrows in 90 minutes so the lorry was then free to go. We had paid for 120 minutes waiting time. Thank you to Jayne and Mary who went and got the donuts and made us all a cup of tea at 10:00 which was appreciated by all. By 11:30 we were all enjoying a drink from the bar having finished all the work necessary. A great job well done by all and it did not go unnoticed what an inclusive club we are when there were several men there working their socks off who do not play outside. Again many thanks to you all and the weather was very kind to us.
